Loved this place! The staff was very helpful, I was happy to buy two bottles of fragrance. They also helped with the form for tax return and gave directions on where to get it.
A hidden gem. Wonderful shop with a great choice of perfumes. But most of all an incredible level of customer service. A very professional man helped me choose the right fragrance. And, at the end I forgot some samples he prepared for me. He phoned "don´t worry I´ll send per post ". Outstanding !!!!
On my last day in Vienna I passed by this shop dowtown. Although pressed for time their American apothecary style with well curated brands from around the world invited me in. Once my turn came, the knowledgeable 'n friendly young lady eagerly assisted me 'n helped me find a beautiful perfume, not so sweet which believe me has been a real challenge. Thank you so much!

The best store ever!
A niche perfume shop, but as opposed to other similar shops, this one is spacious, the bottles are available for you to try on your own, and it offers a good choice of room scents, ceramics, towels and other artifacts from "exotic" places. Very good service - the staff really likes their job, has good knowledge of perfumes and have their opinion - and pleasant atmosphere. I go back there often, almost every time when in Vienna!

Loveee the products here! I found some rare items that theyre the only one that has it in Vienna. Lots of varieties as well.
The one who assisted me was very kind and patient. Even if the store is already at its closing time, she still helped me and suggested more products!

Products are a fine selection. The staff however seems to be rude. Each time I was there, the lady either shouted at me for coming too close to the kassa (of you don’t want customers behind the kassa then don’t put perfumes there either) or that I shouldn’t spray perfume. While I do understand that if everyone sprayed, it would become impossible to stand it, however it is not that they ask not to but HOW they address.
